Camping Les Dunes is a five‑star seaside campground nestled just 150 m from the sandy beach of Bretignolles‑sur‑Mer in the Vendée region of France. From early April to early November, the site offers a blend of modern comforts and lively entertainment – ranging from spacious, fully equipped mobile homes that accommodate 4–8 guests to spacious pitches for tents and caravans. Guests enjoy immediate beach access, a variety of water‑based activities, and a host of ground‑level attractions including a multi‑sport field, mini‑golf, pétanque and ping‑pong tables, a dedicated children’s club for ages 4‑12, and an indoor swimming pool with slides. The onsite bar, restaurant and playground enhance the family‑friendly vibe, while the camp’s elegant layout and proximity to the picturesque Sables d’Olonne make it an ideal base for both day‑trippers and longer stays. Although the water‑park is currently under renovation and will reopen in 2026 with new attractions, the campus remains an inviting retreat for those seeking relaxation, adventure and a taste of the Atlantic coast.
