Very well equipped: fridge / freezer, pyrolytic oven, microwave, washing machine, flat screen TV, stereo, WiFi ... Beautiful wooden terrace surrounded by tamarisk trees, with garden furniture and parasol. Attached garage to store bikes, surfboards ... (Provision of 3 adult bikes + 1 child). Barbecue. Quiet area (dead end). Easy parking. 300m from the nearby sea all shops (Baker, butcher ....) 500m from the smuggler to reach the beach in less than 5 min walk and without parking problems. Weekly rental (Saturday 15h to Saturday 10h). Preference given to rentals of 2 consecutive weeks during the high season. Linens not provided.
