Benjamin Marchand's cuisine at Vertime reflects the flavours of life here. It has a taste for the sea and adventure in the French overseas territories. It adds travel inspiration and a West Coast spirit. Made with ultra-fresh produce, it's all about sharing. Our restaurant is open 7 days a week from 7pm to 9.30pm. The restaurant's cuisine perfectly reflects the Vertime identity: a taste for good living, good eating and conviviality. Based on local specialities and seasonal produce, the dishes are prepared simply, with an emphasis on short distribution channels and quality. The ‘Cali food’ spirit reigns on the plates. Healthy, organic ingredients, a mix and match of recipes, cultures and cooking techniques, beautiful presentation, comforting dishes to share and, above all, freshness!
