In a courtyard, recently renovated independent studio comprising equipped kitchen, bedroom with a trundle double bed, bathroom with walk-in shower and WC, television, terrace with table chairs and deckchair. Close to old St Gilles, beach, port, train station, restaurants, shops, markets, supermarket, casino, everything is on foot. On arrival the bed is made, the bathroom linen placed in the bathroom. For 2 people only, no pets and no smoking. Arrivals are from 4 p.m. and departures no later than 11 a.m. This residence is not our main residence.
