House ground floor (80m2) ideally located between forest and sea, quiet. It consists of 3 bedrooms: 2 double beds (140cm) and a bunk bed 2 * 90cm), 2 bathrooms with showers and toilets. a living / dining room, and a kitchen. The house is fully equipped for a good stay: equipment, kitchen equipment and dishes well supplied, storage cabinets, television, deckchairs, garden tables and chairs, bicycles (3), barbecue and games for children, a child's bed available. The house has no internet connection and therefore no wifi, the 3-4G works very well. A large garden around the house, with a wooden deck and pool (unheated) with a beautiful view of the marshes of Querry-Pigeon. The beach of Veillon is located 500 m from the house and is accessible either by the forest or by the road. Numerous walks are possible from the house on foot or by bicycle. The port of Bourgennay is located 1 km, the golf course 2 km and the sands of Olonne 11 km by the coastal road.
