About
The Mill of Porchères, built during the XIXth century, is the jewel of the regional milling heritage. It is during the 1930’s that this watermill, located on the banks of the river Isle, was transformed into a cylinder mill, still visible today. This unique industrial heritage in France is registered since 2007 in the Historic Monuments list. Our touristic site, located in a protected area, certified Natura 2000 and Man & Biosphere reserve by UNESCO, offers you different activities to treat yourself with an unforgettable day !
