The oldest organic address in Lille, open since 1979! The Hopen Source is a canteen at lunchtime and a café/tea room in the afternoon. Everything we do is 100% homemade, fresh, and created with organic and local products as much as possible. Healthy and delicious cuisine. Vegetables are always put in the center of the plate! Every day the chef and his team prepare a beautiful slate for you (vegetarian or not!) compatible with different diets (gluten, lactose, vegan)! Here no microwave, no freezer or fryer...
