In the "Haute-Vallée de l'Aude" territory, in the Pyreneans foothills, the domaine Delmas is focused to show the best of its high-altitude terroir. By environment friendly practices and the knowledges from 4 generations, the elegancy reveals itself in the sparkling and still produced in the 34ha-surface winery. Now, Baptiste is taking his turn to be in charge of this legacy, and to keep the distinct precision in all the wines.
