Intimate restaurant for 30 in two adjacent rooms, plus a terrace for 16-20. Two changing menus, set Formules at Euros 19.50 and 26.95. Desserts made in house with the exception of Ice Creams, and we buy in bread. I used to make both, and bread making is a passion, sadly I do not have the time, nor the space for machinery to make both. Strong vegetarian choices. Local wines from Corbiere and regions and an expanding list. Some expensive wines, but I am more than happy to sell our house pichets and a generous glass of Limoux fizz, miles better than a thin, green champagne in my view. We give you a little appetiser with your bread selection, and a vegetarian soup. Salads, Fish, Meats, Game in season and Vegetarian food. French, English, Italian, Middle Eastern and Mediterranean styles. As much as possible made in house. English chef of more than 40 years working at high end restaurants in UK and Europe, many years in private service on large yachts in the Mediterranean and World Wide.
