Here the cuisine is prepared meticulously but in a simple Lyonnaise fashion. Throughout every season, Jerome will treat you with dishes inspired from both the land and sea. Not to forget, these dishes are also accompanied with desserts 'a la maison' that will make you feel at home, away from home.
