It is now more than ten years since Régine and Jean Rijckaert set up home in a beautiful house of more than a hundred years’ standing in the middle of the vineyards at Leynes, in the south of Burgundy.The building also houses their activity as wine-makers: in the outbuildings are the wine storehouse and the vat room with its casks where the white wines made on the estate lie sleeping and maturing.
