After 19 years spent at the Michelin-starred restaurant in La Marelle, near Bourg-en-Bresse, Sandra and Didier Goiffon have taken up residence in La Huchette, in the Mâcon Est area, precisely in Replonges. The Hotel Restaurant La Huchette, dating from the 1950s, has been beautifully restored while retaining its historic cachet, and in particular its hunting frescoes from the Alsatian house Zuber. Michelin-starred since 2020, the cuisine offered by Chef Didier Goiffon is the one that resembles him: recreational, spontaneous and punctuated by the seasons and products from local market gardeners.
