The Restaurant & Bar à Vins L’Observatoire is owned and run by a French couple, Marie & Eric. It is situated in the centre of the village of Saint Michel l’Observatoire, which is famous for the purest skies in Europe, and hence, its Observatory. The restaurant serves delicious home-made food, cooked with regional fresh products. The selection of wines is outstanding, as the owners are true wine connoisseurs. The hotel is currently under reforms and will re-open in June 2022. It will dispose of 6 comfortable rooms, each with a private shower-room and toilets. In addition, there is a fully equiped appartment (3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchenette/living room) that can accommodate up to 6 people.
