Fun cooking classes in the Lot et Garonne, France. Informal yet informative, small groups so hands on cooking. Our range of cookery classes include Indian, Mexican and BBQ cooking, covering both traditional dishes and street food. Learn all about Indian spices, Mexican chillies, and the art of cooking low and slow on different BBQs. In an Indian class we will make breads like naan or chapatis. Together we can cook onion bhajis, samosas, a curry or two, sides such as tadka dal or Bombay potatoes. Indian classes are suitable for vegetarians and vegans. In a Mexican class we can make corn tortillas, fresh salsas, fish tacos, conchinita pibil, achiote chicken... New class - BBQ cooking. Make your own rubs and sauces, cook a rack of ribs, a spatchcock chicken, tasty sides too. At then end of the class we all relax and eat together.
