For a long time the most prestigious chocolate factory in Marseille was « La Chocolaterie du Panier ». The institution closed and a former employee of 15 years of experience refused to give up the know-how of the house. She opened the Chocolatiere of Marseille. A must-eat: the « Marseillaise bar » Praline without butter and cream.
