It is with pleasure that Léonard Parli invites you to discover behind the scenes the artisanal manufacture of its « Calissons d’Aix » and confectioneries in respect of the traditions of yesteryear since 1874 in its New Calisson Factory. You will discover all the know-how of our artisans, the old-fashioned equipment as well as the high-quality materials used to make Calissons and other gourmet treats that have made the reputation of the house. Our loyal staff for sometimes over 30 years will be happy to tell you the story of Léonard Parli and our original recipes during a visit to the Factory. In order to prepare your visit with all the necessary care, our teams welcome you to the Factory by reservation by mail or telephone.
