The New Thalassa brewery is the result of the mixture of passions and know-how of our three accomplices, Christophe, Valentin and Sylvain, with the desire to offer a cuisine of the heart, simple, tasty and generous. Through different concepts, you will be able to discover their vision of the restoration.
