HOUSE 4 STARS WITH HEATED PRIVATE POOL Framed by the pond of Berre and the Olive tree, close to the beaches of Mediterranean, Alpilles and the Camargue, Istres is a dynamic city, classified tourist station, located in full heart of Provence. THE HOUSE We offer a house of 60m2 with private heated pool, fully fenced and independent, for 2 people. The house is not suitable for receiving children or babies. THE EQUIPMENTS The rental is air-conditioned, the decoration is neat and benefits are standing (kitchen, connected TV, wifi access, queen size bed, safe, BBQ, Nespresso coffee machine ...). The rental has a private pool for the exclusive use of tenants, 5m50 x 1m80, 1m25 deep. Possibility of heating the basin from April to November. THE PARKING A secure parking space is reserved for you. For electric vehicles, an 11 kWh electric charging station is available (package of €50 per week with unlimited recharge). THE SITUATION Located in a residential area, the house is on our property and we live on site (discretion assured). The house and its private pool are totally independent.
