Provence of the nineteenth century had given them the name of Olivadors. From the top of their ladder, those men and women who picked up the olives were the harvesters of light; from their fruits sprouted a golden oil like the setting sun. The centuries have passed but since 2005, a company has been working tirelessly to save from oblivion these gastronomic products derived from the cultivation of the olive tree. Gerard Clor, Christian Etienne, Dominique Frerard, master cooks of France, are the guarantors. Today, Olivadors selects for you all that the Mediterranean produces best and maintains its motto: The memory of yesterday you will respect, the light of tomorrow will maintain.
