'Le Grill de la Bastide' is the second restaurant of Chateau Les Oliviers de Salettes. Its is open between from Mid-May and September each year. Chef Julien Martin and his team offer season dishes 100% home made from raw and fresh products. Qualitative vegetables, fishes and meat are cooked on the grill and or at the plancha. The Grill bar welcomes among a collection of Classic Sport Cars from the fifties to the seventies.
