Located in the heart of the Hérault Valley, close to the UNESCO sites of the Pont du Diable and Saint-Guilhem-Le-Désert, Château Capion is at once a renowned wine estate but also a place to come. • Castle and Gardens open to the public • Wine tastings at the cellar and vine trail • Tennis court • Art exposition and concerts Our 45 hectares of vineyard consist of three geological layers composed of Montpellier clay, limestone gravels and alluvial deposits. During the harvest, clusters of grapes are selected on the vine before being sorted in the cellar, which gives our wines their unique character.
