The open plan kitchen is equipped with modern appliances such as a dishwasher, a fridge/freezer, a microwave, a coffee machine, a toaster, and plenty of pans, dishes and glasses. There are 2 bedrooms overlooking a beautiful private courtyard ornated with bananna trees and climbing jasmine and bougainvillea plants. The master bedroom has a double bed (160x200) and second bedroom has bunk beds. All beddings are very comfortable and brand new, including the sofa bed. The modern bathroom features a walk in shower and a towel radiator. There is a separate toilet room with a mashing machine a the entrance of the flat. Located on the East side of La Grande Motte, or so called Levant side, the area is very quiet but nevertheless less than 5 minutes walk to the center of the village, shops and restaurants. Réf.
