Our chef, Vera, offers colourful, Mediterranean food that changes with the seasons, based on olive oil, delicately spiced and all home-made; we have a vegetarian menu, and more and more organic produce. There are three set menus from €29 – 42, one of which changes each weekend, and a reasonably priced à la carte menu. The restaurant offering this menu is open every weekend on Friday evening, Saturday for lunch & dinner and on Sundays for lunch. On weekday lunchtimes, Monday to Friday, the bistro du cèdre offers a large choice of home-cooked tapas hot & cold, and some home-made desserts for a quick, light & pleasant meal. In the evening on weekdays, the restaurant is reserved for Auberge guests, with a daily home made three-course menu (by reservation). A vegetarian menu is possible on prior notice. However you can enjoy our full wine list at any time!
