My cooking classes are open to everyone: children and adults, cooking enthusiasts and lovers of traditions. My cuisine will help you rediscover Italian classics and explore lesser-known regional dishes. My notebook is filled with recipes passed down from my mother, grandmothers, aunts, as well as friends, or noted during my travels across the Italian peninsula. My workshops are not meant to be solemn; their goal is to share my experience and knowledge with patience, warmth, and good humor. I make sure that all participants are actively involved and collaborate with each other. Participants will not only learn to cook but also to appreciate the quality of the ingredients and the techniques that make Italian cuisine unique.
