Oyster farmers for three generations on the Thau Lagoon in Marseillan, the Tarbouriech family has developed a unique process, La Marée Solaire, which produces an oyster of great quality with crisp flesh and a flavor both salty and sweet, La Spéciale Tarbouriech.
