New concept in Montpellier, which offers "Zapiekanka", a Polish specialty. Zapiekanka (in French "gratiné") is an open sandwich, composed of a half-baguette garnished with Paris mushrooms sautéed in butter with a little onion, cheese and sometimes other ingredients, cooked in four until that the cheese is melted. Served hot.
