More than a restaurant, Sapio is a concept around gastronomy with a bistro, an e-shop, cooking classes (L'atelier des Chefs), a boutique and space to provide for corporate and private events. We are locavore, and terroir lovers, and enjoy cooking local and seasonal products. You can even take a look at our chef prepare your meal in our open kitchen, a sort of French teppanyaki.
