Perched majestically on a hilltop surrounded by vineyards overlooking a tranquil Mediterranean lagoon, Château Capitoul is a magnificent Chateau estate and luxury sanctuary set in 200 acres of beautiful unspoilt countryside in the Languedoc, South of France. The original Château has been transformed into an intimate four star boutique hotel with eight stylish rooms and suites, a Cinq Mondes spa and Méditerranéo our fine dining restaurant. Across the courtyard, an atrium like reception bathed in natural light provides a 24/7 conciergerie and access to Asado, a lively but laid back bar and brasero restaurant in the former barrel room with it's huge wood fired grills and spectacular terrace. Next to reception, guests can purchase and taste wines from our vineyards and other estates owned by our partners Vignobles Bonfils. For guests seeking more space and independence, Château Capitoul also offers 44 beautifully crafted luxury villas, fully equipped for self-catering with a full range of hotel services, all with private garden and terrace and fantastic views, many with private pools.
