The studio is in the heart of an artist village, which is mostly car-free (parking is within 5 min walk). You have full view on the lake from your studio. You will find on the spot 3 restaurants, 2 art galleries, 1 general store, petanque area, kayak rental, horse riding, walks short and long, and a good start point for visiting the Cathar castles. The surrounding sea-water lakes are part of a regional nature park and your terrace overlooks the lake. We provide you with a couple of bikes (2 new ones in late 2021) to discover this unique landscape. Also new in late 2021: High speed Wifi (Fiber link) and 43" smart TV. Within a 30 minutes drive, sandy beaches on the Mediterranean, great hikes, bird watching, wine estates, or the UNESCO World Heritage city of Carcassonne.
