By offering at will, more than 150 recipes from Auguste Escoffier, starters, main courses or desserts, Les Grands Buffets offer you the repertoire of emblematic dishes of 19th century French cuisine and reconnect with luxury, culinary tradition and very high quality of service just like in a palace from the time of Auguste Escoffier: Rouennaise Duckling, Hare à la royale, Vol au vent with sweetbreads and morels, royal seafood platter with lobster, 9 varieties of foie gras, pâtés en croute...The Guinness Record for the largest cheese platter in the world (111 varieties), the buffet of 50 desserts made by our 7 pastry chefs and the frosted delicacies from the Palais des glaces. The wines are offered at the table at the producer's price.
