Our Organic and Sud de France farm covers 2.2 hectares surrounding a XVIIth century converted Bastide. Wood-fire dried Saffron and Herbal Syrups (to drink on their own, in kirs or for cooking), are an experience of highly concentrated flavors, 100% natural, to rediscover and share the pleasure of forgotten original flavors.
