This B&B has a bathroom, private outdoor living area, and private pool (as simply a single B&B, you will be able to take advantage of all the space offered). It offers a superb view of Saint-Paul-de-Vence and the surrounding hills. Its location between Nice and Cannes is perfect, with beautiful villages all around. This B&B is only 10 minutes from the highway and 20 minutes from Nice's airport.<br>The B&B is separate from the villa and therefore offers you complete privacy. It boasts a double bed with fine bedding (linen, hemp, etc.) and a bathroom with shower, washbasin, and WC. All together, it measures 16 sq.m. Bathroom linens, bathrobes, and hair dryers are at your disposal. There is also a 32-inch flat screen TV. The bedroom extends onto the outdoor living area, which is a nice spot to read or reflect on Saint-Paul-de-Vence.<br>The garden area around the pool is nice and quiet and has everything you need, including sun loungers, a hammock, and a Fatboy chair. Bath towels are available. <br>To start the day off right, you will be served a full and delicious breakfast. It will include orange juice (made with pressed oranges), eggs with ham and cheese if you'd like, yoghurt, fresh fruit salad, breads, home-made jam, pastries, cake of the day, etc.<br>The property has its own parking space.<br>
