Founded in 2003, Les Petits Farcis is the only cooking school in Nice that caters specifically to visitors with classes in English and a fully bilingual staff. Food writer and cookbook author Rosa Jackson has lived in France since 1995 and studied at the Cordon Bleu before creating her market tour company Edible Paris and opening her Nice cooking school Les Petits Farcis. Programs include the Market tour, Cooking Class and Lunch, the Private Nice Street Food Tour, Provençal Macarons, the Choux Pastry Masterclass, and Vegetarian and Organic cooking. Market tours take place at the famous Cours Saleya market, and Rosa's custom-designed Old Town space gives you an authentic taste of life in Nice.
