Manufacture of gourmet chocolate using the bean to bar method. We are one of the 1% french craft chocolate maker using the traditional "Bean to Bar" process, from the cocoa bean to the chocolate bar. Our organic beans are gently roasted, ground slowly with a stone grinder, and matured for several weeks, like a fine wine, to reveal intense, complex aromas. We welcome gourmets into our intimate, artisanal world to share our quest for unexpected flavours.
