LE PISTOU is a small, private cooking school in the heart of historic UZES - one of the prettiest towns in the South of France and a great place from which to explore the region. We specialise in 1-day cooking classes of PROVENCAL dishes or CLASSIC French cuisine as well as guided market tours and a range of other inspiring classes - from FISH and DESSERTS to authentic exotic cuisines... Open every day and, if your itinerary demands it, we are happy to run classes even on Sundays and Holidays. Most classes cost €190 per person all inclusive.
