La Ferme du Lac is a 17th century restored farmhouse nestling at the bottom of a 25 acre wooded valley in one of the most beautiful areas of France. We, Jackie and Liston, took over here in April 2015 and have enjoyed making it a warm relaxed place to stay and we have had some great reviews. Boris, the dog, is why most people return here. The location is stunning, a private valley with a dammed lake at one end, farmhouse and out-buildings in the middle and a riverside meadow with three cabins that sleep 4/5 people. We also have Lakeside Lodge with panoramic views across the lake. The night sky at La Ferme du Lac is phenomenal, sunsets are magnificent, and the sunrises too. The early morning mist rolling off the lake, with kingfishers flying by, is a sight to behold. We have a bar/restaurant so you are always welcome to get snacks or drinks or book a table for dinner if you want to relax a little bit more!! We are mostly onsite but are closed on Monday and Tuesday.
