About
BIO WINE Owned by the Monier family of Saint Estève since 1809, the estate comprises 230 ha of a single estate, including 50 ha of vines and 24 ha of varied crops. The rest consists mainly of wooded hills of the famous Massif d'Uchaux with odoriferous garrigues. This authentic vineyard, located away from the main roads, has been producing, since 1961, wines recognized for their finesse and regularity. The vineyard was classified in 2005 in the new A.O.C. Côtes du Rhône Villages Massif of Uchaux. The stony soil of quartz limestone and yellow sandstone, small yields, natural environment, are all elements that give the wine of Saint Esteve personality, finesse, elegance and aptitude for aging.
