Le Pin is a small village in the areas of the Cote du Rhone. The village is located about 28 kilometers north of Avignon. The house can accommodate 2-8 people and is very child friendly. Dogs are allowed. The area is ideal for hiking and biking. The house offers the following premises: - 3 bedrooms (8 Bedding: 2 doubles, 3 singles, 1 folding bed - 1 living-dining room (Cave Voute) with fireplace and 1 single bed - 2 kitchens (1 with pantry) - 2 bathrooms (1 with toilet) - 1 separate toilet (ground floor / garden) The courtyard and the high terrace offer enough options repeatedly to find a shady spot. Garden furniture: parasol, deckchairs, grill, outdoor shower and a small swimming pool are available. Children: For children already many items such as crib, toys, etc. are present. Parking available: Under a shady chestnut tree, the car can be parked.
