Sacrés Best Wine List of the Year edition 2017 by the journal Terre de Vins, Sabine & Laurent BROCHARD are installed in 2011 in the very old place of the 3 Maries to open their Wine-Restaurant. The Kitchen welcomes you to the ground floor and then to discover this magnificent room of the Restaurant which is placed under 2 voutes dating from the XIII-XVth Century. In Ver di Vin, wine enthusiasts will appreciate the opportunity to discover more than 30 wines by the glass of France and the World. But also more than 300 spirits by the glass. Possibility just to stop enjoying a drink, or else to snack and even to stay dinner. Workshops Wine and tasting dinners are regularly organized. Their credo: a day-menu, a short menu, which evolves every week. A "House" kitchen ("house" puff pastry), seasonal products and products that they like to share. Working with all regional actors and producers (fruits, vegetables, meats, poultry, etc.), but also import products (Bellota de Pata Negra, Sake, Baby Stilton ...) and Rungis to be Delivered seafood daily. Ver di vin is open every evening from Tuesday to Saturday from 7pm. And the noon ??? The Restaurant is open only for corporate or family meals from 8 people.
