An entirely renovated gite which retains many of the original features from when the building was a farm house. The accommodation, 91.2m2 is made of a large open plan living area with a generous lounge and kitchen separated by colombage. Alongside a well equipped kitchen there is a shaded terrace, summer kitchen in the adjacent barn and garden with a heated swimming pool. A comfortable living room equipped with a smart TV and a wood burning stove. There is also a downstairs toilet with a washing machine. On the first floor we have two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a super king size bed with en-suite shower room, the second bedroom has twin beds and a family bathroom with bath and separate shower. Bed linen and towels are provided.
