Welcome to my home! Bright and elegantly furnished, this lovely studio is within walking distance to many top attractions in Paris like Buttes-Chaumont Park! The studio uses an open floor plan which connects the living area and the bedroom. Relax in the living room which features an LCD TV, two chairs, and an L-shaped sofa facing a big window that brightens the space during the day. There's also a wardrobe for your belongings and a convertible double bed which can accommodate 2 people. Upon arrival, complimentary hotel-quality linens will be provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and cutleries you’ll need to whip up a delicious meal including a stove, an oven, and a fridge. There's a washing machine available for your laundry needs. The bathroom has all the amenities you’ll need to freshen up such as a bathtub with an attached shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience. Enjoy your stay! Guests will have access to the entire home! We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own. The 19th arrondissement is a flagship for urban regeneration. Families enjoy the Canal de l'Ourcq with its waterfront promenade and bike lane that leads to Parc de la Villette. The park is home to museums such as the Cité des Sciences et de l'Industrie and concert venues. The manicured Parc des Buttes Chaumont has waterfalls and city views, while hip crowds hang out in cafes and check out edgy art at Cent Quatre. During summer, the Bassin de la Villette changes into a second Paris beach where people come to do various fun activities like sunbathing, play sports or chill at one of the lively bars in the area! Take a stroll along the quays on the banks of the canal and watch boats come and visit the Antipode, a cool bar on a barge. Otherwise, sit at a table at La Bulle and order a traditional French meal. Whether catching a movie at one of the twins, MK2 cinemas, or a play at the Centquatre or perhaps a concert at the Point Ephémère, you’ll be sure to find an activity to your liking! My flat is easily accessible by various public transportation, the easiest is by train! The nearest train station is Crimée (line 7) - just 3 mins away on foot. There's also Riquet (line 7) station just 7 mins away. From these stations, you can go to various places in or on the outskirts of Paris! Paris-Charles De Gaulle Airport is 27 mins drive from the flat. Please note we do charge a 20€ late check-in fee after 10PM.
