Atelier Annam is a cosy and authentic restaurant where you can eat traditional north-vietnamese food. So neo-vietnamese cuisine, no fusion food, just simple and delicious flavors ! Everything is homemade and glutamate-free. The cook grew up in Thai Binh, a small village in the North of Vietnam before moving to Paris in 1998. She worked for restaurants such as Xoan or Trois Crabes. Atelier Annam is her newest adventure with her two daughters and her son. On the menu, there's mostly vietnamese classics such as spring rolls, pho, catfish, pork caramel but don't forget about the specials which will make you travel all the way to Vietnam ! At the bar you can drink Hanoi Beer, wine, homemade ice tea, fresh pressed juice, etc
