Bellefeuille is the fine dining restaurant of Saint James Paris, completely reimagined in 2021 by Laura Gonzalez. A true poet of the palate, Chef Grégory Garimbay is a passionate advocate for exceptional ingredients. His creations pay homage to French gastronomy and the richness of its terroirs, highlighting raw products that he works with sincerity and passion. Reserved for Saint James Club members and residents during the day, the Bellefeuille restaurant, awarded both a Michelin Red Star and a Michelin Green Star, is open to the public for dinner from Monday to Friday, from 7:30 PM to 9:30 PM.
