Local chef, passionate and pedagogue! Born in France of Sino-Khmer parents, I am passionate about Asian cuisine. Passion that was transmitted to me by my mother and it is with her that I learned all the secrets of this authentic and family cooking. In 2015 I created the Youtube channel "Chez Mama Ly" where I already share my mom's recipes. Since 2 years, I give cooking workshops to share my knowledge, my know-how and my techniques on the Southeast Asian cuisine.
