"Fratelli Castellano" is a small real pizzeria in Paris near Eiffel Tower. Genuine products and very special dough. Davide and Gianpaolo bring to Paris the traditional way of doing of their grand father joining it ti their young and contemporary vision. Their pizza is eventually a modern neapolitan pizza : perfect mix of tradition and innovation. Organic and genuine neapolitan products contribute to their specific and incomparable Pizza Castellano. An excellent selection of organic Italian wines is proposed by Gianpaolo, the younger and wine lover brother. Davide is the pizza maker : don't ask him his secret recipe : he won't telle. But ask him about pizza, about his homeland, about his worldwide experience as a pizzaiolo chef. He'll tell you in that passionate way that only neapolitans can handle. And he wille end by showing you his hand made pesto and friarielli cream... what's friarielli? Just ask!
