Since 2013, the Cake Design School of Paris (formerly known as Gâteaux sur Mesure) founded by Galina Duverne, Pastry Chef-Cake Designer, welcomes you to his workshop at the foot of the Montmartre hill in Paris XVIIIème. We provide courses for all levels from beginner to professional, from one day to 4 weeks. We teach in all areas of Cake Design : Wedding Cakes, Modelings, Flowers, Airbrush decoration, Royal Icing, Sweet table… Our objective is to train students in the best possible conditions and to make them autonomous at the end of their learning.
