The vast glass-enclosed restaurant soars above the action at this historic racecourse to give you a panoramic view over the acres of green, the nimble horses and their brilliant riders – all while enjoying a meal at a beautifully-laid table with expert service. The menu, under the direction of chef Michel Baux and his team, offers traditional French cuisine with dishes like loin of lamb with sweet mustard and roast Nicoise veg.
