In the kitchen, the proud Amidou, also known as Demba Ndiaye, who was a chef at the neighboring Sherkhan and previously worked at Le Vieux Chêne on Rue du Dahomey with Stéphane Chevassus, showcases his exceptional culinary skills. At the reception, Laure Villemer, a film costume designer, welcomes guests with kindness and serves beautifully selected wines by the glass, such as the Gard Syrah cherished by Jean-Louis Trintignant, La Petite Garance.
