Chef Christophe Duparay curates a daily‑changing menu of fresh, seasonal French cuisine – from charcuterie and terrines to elegant entrees, hearty main courses, and indulgent desserts – all made on‑site with ingredients sourced locally. Complementing the food is an extensive selection of over 150 estate‑produced wines available by the glass or bottle, as well as craft cocktails, soft drinks and sparkling options. The restaurant is open Monday‑Friday from 12:00–14:30 and 19:00–23:50, Saturdays 19:00–23:50, and closed on Sundays.
