La Residence is the first Parisian restaurant and training place dedicated to refugee chefs. Every 2 to 6 months, La Residence welcomes a new refugee chef who takes control of the restaurant’s kitchen to share his/her cuisine and the flavors from his/her country of origin with the general public. Wherever they are from, all the guest chefs are professional cooks looking for a new experience.
